We’re cousins who grew up side by side, and somewhere between childhood sleepovers and building careers of our own, we always knew we’d create something together. Align is that something: a place where beauty, wellness, connection, and community come together, built on the kind of trust that only comes from knowing each other forever. Meet Melisa
(aka Missy)
With over 23 years of nursing experience and six years specializing in aesthetic medicine, Missy brings an exceptional blend of clinical expertise, compassion, and a passion for helping women feel confident from the inside out.
Her extensive nursing background includes pediatric critical care, flight nursing, and nurse education, providing a strong clinical foundation for her work in aesthetics and wellness. Holding a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Missy’s commitment to continued education extends well beyond the classroom. Her advanced training includes a PACE cadaver anatomy course, extensive one-on-one education with a plastic surgeon, and ongoing mentorship with experienced aesthetic injectors. This dedication to refining her skills and deepening her anatomical knowledge shapes her thoughtful, safety-focused approach to aesthetic medicine.
As co-founder of Align Aesthetics Wellness & Longevity, Missy’s vision is rooted in the belief that beauty isn’t about changing who you are. It’s about enhancing what makes you uniquely you, while creating harmony between aesthetics, wellness, and longevity.
Whether she’s providing wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation treatments, or wellness injections, Missy prioritizes individualized care, thoughtful recommendations, and helping clients feel comfortable and informed throughout their experience. Her approach extends beyond aesthetics, embracing whole-person wellness and the connection between looking your best, feeling your best, and supporting long-term well-being.

Meet Cassandra
(aka Cass)
With over 20 years of experience building and operating a successful luxury jewelry brand, Cass brings a unique combination of creativity, business expertise, and entrepreneurial spirit to Align.
In 2006, Cass founded Cassandra Erin, her namesake luxury jewelry company, building the business from the ground up into a successful brand with a retail presence in more than 30 boutiques across the United States and Canada. Far beyond designing jewelry, Cass was involved in every aspect of the business, from personally fabricating pieces and sourcing gemstones to developing collections, managing wholesale partnerships, overseeing operations, and building lasting relationships with both individual clients and retail partners. For 15 years, she also owned and operated her flagship storefront on Historic Main Street in St. Charles, Missouri, where she developed a loyal clientele and a reputation for personalized service, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
Today, Cass brings her love of jewelry and personal connection to Align through permanent jewelry, an experience that combines her appreciation for beautiful, meaningful pieces with the effortless luxury of everyday wear. Her extensive background in entrepreneurship, branding, marketing, and business operations also plays an integral role in the vision behind Align Aesthetics Wellness & Longevity and Align Studios.
At the heart of Align Studios is Cass’s belief that success is better when it’s shared. Having spent more than two decades building a business from the ground up, she understands firsthand the dedication, creativity, and resilience entrepreneurship requires. Her vision extends beyond providing beautiful studio spaces. It’s about creating a collaborative community where independent beauty and wellness professionals feel supported, inspired, and encouraged to grow. Whether it’s sharing marketing ideas, offering branding insight, collaborating on events, or simply celebrating another business owner’s accomplishments, Cass is genuinely invested in seeing the women within Align succeed.
Cass holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts, summa cum laude, from Maryville University, along with an associate degree in Graphic Communications.
For Cass, Align represents an exciting new chapter, one that brings together her passion for beautiful design, meaningful connections, entrepreneurship, and helping others build something they’re proud of.
