Align Studios lives inside Align Aesthetics Wellness & Longevity. Both are owned by Missy and Cassandra, who built the studios on a simple belief: running your own business shouldn't mean doing it by yourself.
Every professional here is her own boss, with her own clients, her own schedule, and her own name on the door. What she gains is a team. Missy and Cassandra offer guidance and support whenever it's wanted, and a community of women who grow alongside each other.

PERMANENT JEWELRY
Co-founder of Align and the designer behind Cassandra Erin, the luxury jewelry brand she founded in 2006 and grew into more than 30 boutiques across the U.S. and Canada, including her own flagship on Historic Main Street in St. Charles for 15 years. Today she brings that same craftsmanship to permanent jewelry: delicate chains, custom-fit and finished in her jewelry nook. Come solo or bring your people.

My passion for beauty began early on. I loved doing my friends’ makeup, and when I’d see their reactions I knew just how meaningful my services can be. That passion led me into esthetics, a field I instantly fell in love with. As the owner of Hibiscus Beauty, my goal is to provide the results and experience I would want as a client. I believe self-care should be more than just a service; it should be a chance to slow down, relax, and feel genuinely cared for. From customized treatments to the little details that create a calming atmosphere, I strive to make every visit feel personal and intentional.
Outside the treatment room, I’m a family girl through and through. I love getting dressed up to try new restaurants with my boyfriend, Nick, and coming home to spend time with our golden retriever, Finn. My family, especially my grandparents, who have always been some of my biggest supporters, means the world to me. I’m so grateful to do what I love and build meaningful relationships with every client who walks through my door.

Hi! I’m Kelsey, the owner of Kelsey Aesthetic Co. and a Registered Nurse with a background in cardiac care. My passion for aesthetics comes from my love of helping others look and feel their best while enhancing their natural beauty.
My favorite part of what I do is building relationships with my clients and helping them feel confident in their own skin. I believe in natural, personalized results that leave you feeling like the best version of yourself!
Skin health is a big part of what I do. I love helping clients build a skincare routine that works for them and finding the right products to keep their skin healthy and happy between appointments.

Hi, I’m Kayla! I’m a Registered Nurse and Certified Nurse Injector. I’ve always been drawn to the little details that make someone feel more confident, and I love being able to combine that with my nursing background.
My goal is to create a welcoming space where every patient feels heard, confident, and completely comfortable. Whether it’s your first appointment or your tenth, my approach is always natural, intentional, and centered around you.
Outside of work, I’m a dog mom, concert lover, and happiest spending time with my friends and family. I can’t wait to see you!

The Bronzing Studio
An all-inclusive, luxe bronzing experience using Glazed products: a pH prep spray, a solution custom-mixed for you, a gloss lock-in shimmer, and setting powder. Slip into a black silk robe, step into the extraction booth, and help yourself to every little extra. $55 per tan, all-inclusive.
The Bronzing Studio is a shared community room. Every Align Studios professional can use it for her own clients.

Co-founder of Align, with over 23 years of nursing experience, including pediatric critical care and flight nursing, and six years specializing in aesthetic medicine. Missy offers wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation, and wellness injections with a thoughtful, safety-focused approach and care that’s always personal.
